I started looking for a Seltos on Feb 11 here and finally put a deposit on an Ocean Blue one around Feb 20ish, and it was schedule to come in on the 23rd. I text my salesperson on the 24th since I had not heard anything to see if everything was good. The response was yea its good, but there was a mix up, turns out they took a double deposit on the same Seltos, so I had to choose a different one, they had a White one but I was very adamant I did not want WHITE and they were adamant I see it first. I went and got my deposit back, and stated calling again to find one. I have literally called 5 states looking for one for a couple weeks before putting this deposit down. I did finally get my hands on one luckily. I had the OTD price for Gerry Wood Seltos as I had my own financing, but today I get a text telling me they had an amazing offer on the same Ocean Blue Seltos I put the deposit on…..really. They gave me what was suppose to be the best they could do but today they beat that price by almost $3,000. All in all I just wished that communication was better and after today I don’t know if I would go back or buy from here!!
