Service was good. However, the technician nor the service representative checked my previous visits for past service records on my vehicle. I got a call stating that my car would need spark plugs and something else that would have jumped my bill up to or more than $500.00. Thank goodness I had the call on speaker and my husband asked questions about what they wanted to do. I appreciate the fact that they look out for us but I guess this just goes to show that we maybe just numbers and not loyal customers.
