I came to buy a car here after my 2021 got totaled. The car buying process was easy and very straightforward, wade was very good at explaining everything. I ended up with a 2023 Sportage, which I am loving. However I have owned my car for less than a month and got a nail in my tire. I took it to Kia hoping they would be able to help me. Instead I was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it at all and to go somewhere else. Which has made me wonder if I bought from the wrong company. So far I am not impressed with the service team.
