Service department is great and easy to deal with. Always polite and helpful.
Sales is a different story. After seeing a very nice price drop on the Kia soul I decided to come take a look at what was available. Within 5 minutes I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Started pushing numbers on me of why I wouldn’t be eligle for that price etc. I haven’t ever even driven this car, I don’t know if I even like it and you are already being pushy and giving me reasons not to buy.
