I purchased two cars from here last year. I was told I could get a second set of keys at no cost for one of them and would be contacted about the other one. I called multiple times and still did not hear back. I brought my car to be serviced and was told I needed new tires. I was texted by someone who told me to let them know if I needed anything. I asked if they could go ahead and order the new set of tires. That was 3 days ago still with no response.
Update 8-24-25: Still have not been contacted by anyone regarding the keys or tires. I am in the process of finding a new place to purchase tires and have my cars serviced in the future. This place is horribly unprofessional.
