Update:
I haven’t had any issues with my phone before, and you made no mention of the issue with contacting me when I called back.
The only recommended repair I refused were new ball joints so you could do an alignment and a new battery, but what’s the point of an alignment on a car that doesn’t run well enough to drive everyday, and why get a new battery until you fix the short that keeps killing it?
I brought in a 97 Blazer with an electrical short and a misfire. Three days later, I was told that there was no indication of a misfire (completely wrong), that they couldn’t diagnose the electrical issue, and my battery needed replacing. This diagnosis cost about $170. I was disappointed, but paid it thinking it was only fair since they took time to look at it.
Well, my dad managed to fix the short in 2 hours when I asked him for help, and I had already known about the battery being dead, so I didn’t exactly get my money’s worth. The misfire is blatantly obvious. I honestly have doubts about them looking at my car at all.
I called several times to express my concerns and I’ve been told 4 times I would get a call back. I’m still waiting.
