They will tell you one thing and after you put down a deposit on a new car they will won’t honor that same deal. General manager here is a joke, doesn’t know how to do his job. Stay away! Doesn’t matter how good the deal seems, if you haven’t put a deposit down yet then your lucky!
Update:
As a dealership you guys should have more knowledge about the ongoing nationwide deals than your customers. As I spoke back and forth with the manager and a employee (which I don’t want to name because he tried his best) I was told multiple times that the deal we agreed on was not possible anymore. After spending a few hours talking with the salesman I was offered to get my refund back, so I took it and ran. I felt violated and used because as soon as the deposit was put the deal we had agreed on was no longer possible. I tired my best explaining the nationwide deals going on including sending you guys the direct link to the website from GM showing those deals and the terms. It should not take you days to inform yourselves about the GM offered deals and incentives, especially for a dealer that prides themselves in selling a lot of trucks!
