The service department’s treatment of their customers is absolutely pitiful and beyond rude! We have been receiving safety recall notices in the mail for my GMC Denali, called and made the appointment to get them fixed and have the car checked out, they had my car for well over 4 hours and did not fix a single recall on the car. Safety recall, mind you and I have a 2 year old that rides in this car daily, their excuse was that there was no recall. Not only that, for an oil leak that we have checked with other places and is going to cost at most $500, the Chevrolet place wanted $1365! They are trying to rob hard working families! I am so glad that we found someone honest enough to give us a fair price and not charging an arm and leg.
