From my personal experience, sales staff that I dealt with was great, service advisers are great and good about keeping you informed about work progress on your vehicle but their service time, even with appointments, is very long. You will spend three hours there just to get oil changed. Last time I had my tires rotated, as soon as I pulled off from the service department, I started hearing loud noise coming from drivers side wheel. I immediately turned around and went back to find out that the mechanic only hand tightened the wheel which caused it to loosen up once I started driving. I lucked out by immediately noticing the problem but if I didn’t, it could have ended up badly for me. I would recommend them for vehicles purchase but not for vehicle service.
