My experience started off great. However, after sending a wire transfer the day earlier, and very specifically making sure the wire was received and I was good to pick up the truck, I drove 5 hours only to be told the name on the wire didn’t match mine and was then held up for four hours at the dealer while the sales manager was confrontational and accusatory. The issue was entirely avoidable had the team done what I requested on the front side, by checking to make sure the wire was indeed good to go. Sales team however was easy to deal with and very direct. Further, the team did a great job in showing me the truck and getting me set up.
