Your staff was very friendly and helpful. However,… my need for a new radiator in my GMC Envoy was very clear and identifiable to the naked eye. Your team stated they would do a 32-point inspection for free and let me know what they found. I advised that that was not necessary. They called me back and identified $3200 worth of work to do. I asked and the radiator portion was $1100. The part is less than $200. I declined the work and took it elsewhere and had it fixed for less than half of what was quoted. Also note that I had spoken with a sales rep the day I dropped it off about buying a used pickup to replace the old GMC I had in for repair. I will likely remove Randy Marion West Jefferson from consideration for that vehicle.
