They force customers to pay for overpriced add-ons like tint and wheel locks just to boost their profit—even on vehicles that are still in transit and haven’t even arrived at the dealership. When asked about it, they claim buyers should feel “lucky” to get MSRP instead of being charged above MSRP.
This dealership is still living in the height of the “over MSRP” demand mindset, and it shows. If you want a better experience, go to St. Augustine Cadillac. They’ll sell vehicles at or even below MSRP without mandatory add-ons, and you’ll feel like a valued customer, not just a transaction.
