This place is very unprofessional. My Fuel Module died on my Escalade. There is a Recall out on the item. However since the recall is in phased approach they would not cover this recall. Called GM and they called the dealership and never got it resolved. There is a open Ticket in the National Highway Transportation website for this also. Next my customer Service Rep ORA was very rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke and communicated. Called and told me the total was 725 dollars or something and I mentioned the recall. She said she would need to talk to her supervisor. She called me back said they would not cover the part or labor. Next when I said something about then I will get an attorney she said she had other customers and hung up. So I would never recommend this Store. I would recommend Fields before this place and this is where I will be bringing my business.
