Bought a brand new cadillac and proceeded to have to bring it in with issues immediately after buying. My issue is not with the car issues, but with the service department basically chastising me for being 15 minutes late for an appointment that was at 9:30 am and I live 45 minutes away. Don’t like to ever be late, I’m sure many can agree that it happens. What was so unnecessary was being so rude to me when I got there 15 minutes late. So rude that I left and took it to OP-Fields Cadillac, where they not only gave me a loaner on the spot, but treated me to breakfast while I waited a short time for them to get everything together. Since then, I have bought 2 more Cadillacs from them and would never recommend that anyone patronize Claude Nolan.
