Terrible experience, they won’t honor their prices. Ordered an Escalade back in Feb 2022. Put the deposit down and was told by Jimmy that it will be about a year till I get it, which was fine with me. Fast forward to Feb 2023 the truck is finally being built. Asked the salesman to send me a revised invoice with VIN# once available. Got the invoice in April with an 8% up charge on it and Jimmy’s explanation was “this is the price things went up” with take it or leave it attitude. No explanations or apologies and 0 concessions on their end. Through this whole process not once did Jimmy mention that the price will increase, not even when the build was submitted and he was aware of it. What was the point of pre ordering and waiting for 14 months? GM’s price protection policy does not apply at this place and I guess when demand is high salesman get arrogant and have no regard for customer service. Not sure if all Cadillac dealerships operate this way but will not be looking for another Cadillac in the foreseeable future. Would rather spend my money elsewhere, where you are appreciated as a customer.
