Misdiagnosed a bad alternator as a bad starter and battery. Paid $1,400 to then drive off the lot with a bad alternator. I had to return the next day to ask them what happened and they gave me a $1,350 Quote for an alternator repair where every auto shop in Jacksonville was quoting me $800. Not only did they not own up to the fact that they misdiagnosed or even just missed it they’re scamming people $500-$600 extra for the same work. Unbelievable, never going back
