My 2024 XT4 was towed to service department earlier this week the car unable to detect key. A hard reset was completed and Paula stated I needed to bring the car back for an ” over the air” update? Paula seemed very busy so I left with more questions than answers and scheduled another appointment. When I returned to dealership I was advised that that the car updates automatically and there was no need to bring it in.I was relieved I didn’t have to spend my Saturday in the service department but WOW totally misinformed!
