Typical “Sale and bail” experience. After many Mercedes autos, we looked at Cadillac SUV’ s because the dealership was close to our house, and they brought a 2024 XT4 out to the house to show us. They were very responsive when showing us the car. After we bought the car however, there were several punch list items to take care of. The sales guy got a couple of them done, but has baled on the rest and wont return calls…..Frankly, I expected a ” used car” experience and got it. Never got treated like this at Mercedes.
