Went to look at a $20k used Cadillac. Everything went pleasant till I got the final pricing. Since I wasn’t really to buy right then I wanted a copy. They wouldn’t give me one or even let take a picture. The excuse of “we don’t want you shopping the price” was just BS. Not like competitors don’t know their “fees” etc. Out of all the dealers I visited they were the only one that wouldn’t at least let me take a picture (all but 1 other just gave me a copy). To me this was like alarm bells in my head and knocked them right down to a second tier used car dealer. The experience broke any trust I had in them needed to buy a used car and I spent more elsewhere because of it.
