Everyone was nice but the Vehicle was terrible, I brought a 2010 SRX and was having trouble for the first month, and every month a problem, having to jump the Vehicle off, had 2 head lights out, they did address that, then parking the assist needing servicing same month I brought, then had brought a battery, whatever is going killed my battery, before that my back hatch wouldn’t go up and now the. Piece of junk wouldn’t even crank or jump off, I feel like I have been suckered big time out of 21,000 dollars, No one should have to endure this there first month to 10 month of owning a car from supposingly was a very repertable brandand dealership. I have not enjoyed one month of the vehicle and sicken that I have to make payments on something I can’t even depend on. It seems as though it was taken in with no checking or diagnostic done, or if it was they didn’t care and put on the lot for a hard working peron like me to be taken advantage of. Hopefully they don’t think doing that would boost their business. There is such thing as lemon laws,, I am totally upset and drained by this, not to mention how it has cost me. I Will never buy there again,nor recommend them unless a wrong has been righed , there is nothing honest nor anything to be proud about putting a car on the lot knowing it has problems, or not even checking it out what would it have hurt to do something so small to help keep your business name good in the minds and hearts oh consumers. All I will say is but God, who sees all and knows all.
