Have had all my service done here since moving to Mooresville. Oil changes, a typical service and a recall. My last visit was less than 2 months ago. No one mentioned anything to me about my brakes needing replaced or anything. Come to find out my brakes are completely worn out and damaged my rotors. Called to ask them why they wouldn’t let a customer know of issues and got transferred to a service managers voicemail. Left a voicemail over 2 weeks ago asking for a call back to discuss and haven’t heard from anyone. I won’t be back to this location. Only giving 2 stars because the people that check you in and out are nice but everytime I went the wait time for a simple oil change was 2 hours plus.
