This place is terrible with wasting customers time and not really caring. First when input in an inquiry for purchasing a vehicle and did the finance application, no one contacted me back. When I went to the dealership two days later as they were the only ones with the vehicle configuration I wanted in the area, they had sold the first color choice I wanted and could not find the second color choice one I wanted. I settled on a different color and agreed to the purchase. I spent many hours the next day trying to get them to get information my bank needed to the bank after it was approved for purchase. When I got to the dealership with my approval all I had to do was sign the bill of sale and DMV papers, it took over an hour for the paperwork to be prepared for me to sign. When I said something to the salesman that I was not happy and probably going to have to give a negative survey, I was told we would rather you not buy the vehicle then.
Then I had to bring the car back three days later for a non-working door on a brand new vehicle and sat around for multiple hours including at least an hour after it was repaired while “waiting for the paperwork”.
Needless to say Randy Marion will not get my business again, and can count on some bad Chevrolet surveys.
