Was very happy with my used car purchase right up until I came back with the key fob I bought online and needed to get it cut and programmed. At the time of the purchase, our sales person, Sudy, told us that if we got the second key fob, he’d take care of getting it programmed for our car. Come time to get it done and the story is completely different. “I said I’d get it programmed for you, nothing about the cutting of the key.” Well guess what, I could program it myself as the directions are right there in the manual, but you can’t do that unless it is cut for your vehicle. Did he outright lie, I guess not. Would I call that a dirty sales tactic, absolutely. So much for insuring their customers are completely satisfied with their purchase experience.
