Had appointment at 1pm, no one was there to help check me in. A new guy was there by his self and he did not have a clue on what to do. Lady from Cadillac had to come check me in. I had to wait for her to stay on a phone call for period of time. They told me it would take around an hour for oil change. I waited in lounge and finally came out a little after 3pm to see my car was finished and no one came to let me know. The workers on Chevrolet side said oh we don’t have your car here you have to go over to Cadillac. I believe her name was Amanda and she was very apologetic and gave me oil change but I doubt I will take my car back there. Each time I come there the service gets worse.
