I purchased a used vehicle from Randy Marion in Huntersville. Upon driving it home I could tell it needed alignment work done asap. Luckily I have a second vehicle. After driving it for only 500 miles I took it to a local Mavis and the guys there called me into the service to look at something. All four of my tires were completely bald on the inner tire. Some had splitting and holes forming. The guys at Mavis said I was lucky to not have a blowout happen. They couldn’t believe I had just bought the vehicle (and only driven it for 500 miles) since it had to pass an inspection (which obviously it did). I ended up spending over $1,500 on new tires and an alignment. I reached out to the general manager Steve Sowers a month ago but he never got back to me. Avoid this dealership for any used car purchases.
