SAFETY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!
It is truly crazy to me how this Dealership can have Google reviews deleted. My experience is very important and everyone should know about it.
This dealership sold me a Cadillac Escalade that we spent over $5000 on an extended warranty on.
Besides the point, based on the service records that I have copies of the dealership serviced the brakes on the Escalade before I purchased it.
Four days after I purchased this vehicle, I was driving to the next school to pick up my second child and my brake line completely broke off leaving me with absolutely no brakes. After speaking with my mechanic, this was an error done by the dealership and they held no accountability for it. This could’ve cost me and my children our lives. We still live in fear every day of mechanical failures like this because of this nightmare that Randy Marion holds no accountability on.
Not only did this vehicle has serious issues that could’ve cost us our life, it also was in the repair shop NON STOP (5 times) for lifters, springs , etc. I know they can’t help that BUT the $5000 warranty WOULD NEVER COVER A RENTAL CAR FOR US!!! this was a complete loss to my family and worse decision we ever made buying from Randy Marion.
After just 5 months of having it, we couldn’t sell it for $5 to start over. Randy Marion wanted no part in getting the car back unless we purchased another. You know, THOUSANDS UPSIDE DOWN from buying.
I would highly recommend using a different dealership for servicing and purchasing. As a veteran family, this was truly disheartening. Especially after I see my review was deleted that should be against the law.
I will make sure my review stays live for now on.
