My sales team let me down. I wanted a blue Encore with all the features I had in my existing Encore. I advised my team (2 of them) and as they did not have a blue Encore in stock, they looked for one in the area. They found a Sports Touring Encore. After a lot of back and forth as it did not have some of the technology, we agreed on one but I had to complete all the paperwork before they would pick it up. I picked it up only to find that it did not have all the technology I wanted. My sales team told me it was not available. I was not happy with Buick for no longer providing the options. ONLY to later find out that it was my sales team that did not offer my the Avenir model which did have the tech I wanted. I never gave the sales team a limit on what I was willing to pay. I wanted the technology. The Dealership Manager was disinterested.
