Schedulers are incompetent people who claim the Huntersville location can repair a leaky engine gasket in ANY Ford vehicle, then when I brought it in for the scheduled appointment the guy at the window turns me away saying they don’t service Fords. So why’d they schedule the appointment then? Get your facts straight and train people properly before making people drive out there for nothing. I’ve had my GMC serviced there before but now, I will never return due to such unprofessional customer service.
