I was working with huntersville on a vehicle I saw on line, but was in Burlington & I wanted to have brought to huntersville dealer which they do. However when they checked with Burlington they said was not ready for sale. However it was clean & all pictures inside & out plus price & everything showed it was for sale. Was on line.. Then they came back & said a deposit was on it & waiting approval…a week later I found out it had not been sold, but still a deposit waiting approval again.. then say again under Edmunds.cars the price had
Dropped…so I called… again & it was explained to me the reason everything still SITTING & not open for sale was THE PERSON THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING IT & WOULD NOT SALE It BECAUSE the person was A FRIEND OF the HEAD SALES PERSON OR THE MANAGER 😡😡😡 I Am A Serious BUYER….Steve at Huntersville is the only person that was any help to me….. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL or A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS….for a dealership to have employees like that does not say much for the Burlington Dealership…. If shopping for vehicle in Burlington I Would Not Waste your Time obviously the dealers employees FIDUCIARY is not for his OWNERS or CUSTOMERS. SHOWING FAVORITISM instead of Making a deal…still weeks & Still holding
