Went to fields and Randy Marion. Decided to lease vehicle from Marion at 9pm. Lost job than 24 hours later contacted them more like 12 hours later. Contacted them to see if there is anything they would do for me even lowering lease term given the situation they claim they titled it already which is very improbable and refused to consider any options for me. I get they don’t HAVE to do anything but given this one of situation they could be willing to do something if they felt for the customer especially given the fact it was basically overnight here and the paperwork barely was done. Had an equity check for my trade in they told me they’d have it for me the next morning waited an extra day drove an hour to get there they told me it’d be a few more days and would “let me know”. After telling the sales rep the prior day I’d be coming as well. Car never got detailed upon delivery. Never was told anything about the charging options or incentive they were running until I asked days later. Fields was better from the start , only went with Randy due to the price but clearly made big mistake. Won’t ever buy vehicle from them again. Go to fields.
