I scheduled an appointment with a salesman last week to purchase a new 2026 Cadillac CT5. I provided him with the VIN, and he told me it had only 12 miles on it. He also told me that he pulled the keys so that no one else would get the vehicle. Well, I showed up yesterday, and the salesman tried to pass off another vehicle as the one I requested. The vehicle had 1500 miles on it, and when I requested to see the original one I inquired about, he told me it was also a loaner and was not even on the lot. I will NEVER do business with this dealership again. BEWARE of the old bait and switch from this dealership.
