I purchased my car from this dealership three years ago, prior to its transition to Randy Marion, and I had always received excellent service. I have consistently brought my vehicle here for maintenance — with the exception of one visit at Fields Cadillac in St. Augustine — because I trusted the quality of care and attention provided. Unfortunately, since the transition to Randy Marion, I’ve noticed a significant decline in service quality and attention to detail. I’ve had to return multiple times for recurring issues that haven’t been properly diagnosed or resolved (issue still exists). However, most recently, I had one tire replaced. Less than a month later, two additional tires completely shredded while driving on the highway, with the threads exposed. Given that my vehicle was on the lift only a month ago, it’s concerning that no one brought the condition of the remaining tires to my attention. In the past, this dealership’s service department would have proactively flagged such a safety issue!! I will now take my vehicle to Fields from now on to be serviced.
