DO NOT attempt to buy a vehicle from this establishment. When Claude Nolan Cadillac was in business it was a very reputable, professionally-run operation and extremely customer-friendly. My family and I bought several vehicles there over the years and were always, without exception, treated very well! Now for the bad news – this was before now. Randy Marion Cadillac is exactly the opposite. I have never before written a negative google review, but have never before been burned this badly by any other business. My wife spent a week getting her hopes up that she was about to get her dream vehicle, a loaded Jeep Unlimited, Sahara edition. The right color, the right options, everything. I had it all setup, and my multiple offers to put down a deposit were always met with “Not necessary, we appreciate you being a valued customer.” After driving in from Georgia, and waiting over an hour, and even talking to the salesman we were supposed to be dealing with, another representative of the dealership informed us that the Jeep had been sold out from under us earlier that morning! We were not even going to negotiate on the price, and on top of that planned to buy an extended warranty. I could go on about the lack of contact and little to no transparency, but instead will put it the simplest way I know how: DO NOT attempt to purchase a vehicle from this establishment! They were once a proud, professional operation, but now are just a shell of their former self. Very, Very Disappointed (!), and will never return. If you are in the market for any type of luxury vehicle in the Jacksonville-area I Strongly Recommend shopping elsewhere. This would have been the first of many cars we would purchase from Randy Marion, but not now. I should add we never even got a call-back, or an apology. Not even a go-to-hell. If the other Randy Marion dealerships are run this poorly it is amazing they stay in business.
