Do not do business with this dealership. Typical shady car salesmen. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else. Now I’m gonna expound on my experience a little further since the owner or whoever answers the reviews kindly responded. After going back-and-forth with the sales person all day and doing everything he asked me to do including upping my down payment to $6000 I was told I was gonna get a call from a finance manager, which I never did. No questions were answered after that the only thing that was said to me was that They might possibly deduct some off of my trade-in which that was never discussed the entire day. I had plans to bring the truck to you on Friday as agreed-upon however when things changed last minute, I realized that you guys weren’t being transparent. Do what you say you’re going to do. Nobody called me. That was what was communicated to me. The plan was always to bring the truck in for you to see it. However, you guys started backpedaling on the deal. It’s all good but my time is valuable. I’m glad you guys are selling so many cars that you’re not worried about it but as I can see from your reviews, many people share the same experience, but you guys are right though have a good day.
