Worst car buying experience possible.
The staff are all friendly enough; the main problem with this place is management. GM and sales manager are rude, condescending, and clueless. I’d rather drive anywhere else in the country to buy a Cadillac than come here again. Hopefully they replace the incompetent ‘leaders’ here soon.
