Brand new Optiq, bought on Memorial Day, second drive came back to a flat tire. No spare so waited for AAA for four hours, dropped until next day, then the dealer won’t accept another dealers warranty so paid $435 for the new tire which I now have to try to get reimbursed. Starting to second guess my Cadillac purchase.
This dealer even added a CC fee to make matters even worse. The new tire looks old and beat up.Will never come back here.
