Signed papers and gave down payment on vehicle 11/17/2023. They hadn’t inspected yet though and said it’d take a day or two. I still didn’t have the car a week later and left voicemail for general manager.
Finally call got to pick up the car and went 11/25/2023, but I had felt a problem when driving it. Turns out Power steering was shot and it wasn’t safe to drive, but they were saying it was!
Spoke to General manager about the situation but he kept interrupting me, talking over me, raising his voice at me, and more. When I mentioned this was beginning to look like deception, which was against FTC he jumped from his chair and full out yelled at me, “you can take your money back and we’ll forget the deal”. That’s what I ended up doing.
