My experience with Randy Marion’s sales representative was extremely disappointing. After selling my car, I realized that my personal belongings were left inside. Unfortunately, the staff showed no consideration for these items, nor did they make any effort to contact me or place them in a lost and found. The focus appeared to be solely on finalizing the sale rather than respecting the customer experience. The lack of care and follow-through reflects poorly on this location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.
