I just want to thank you for the waste of my time this afternoon. I had an 2pm appointment with you today to test drive the vehicle from the Statesville lot. The 2 employees both male in the showroom did not offer to help me. I told them I was there to see you and to test drive a vehicle. They told me that you were at the Truck lot and for me to go get back in my vehicle and get back on 150 to go to the truck lot. I explained I was where the text I got told me to go. The one guy said well you would be there in a few minutes. I waited for you for 20 minutes and you never came. I told the guy at the desk, who never asked me if he could help me, that I was leaving. I told him that I was through waiting for you. Then he offered to call you. I don’t know where you came from but I value my time. And you wasted 2 hours of it today. It’s not like I live in Mooresville but we 20 miles away. So you lost a sale today and a potential customer.
