My experience at Randy Marion went like this. We had an appointment with Alejandro Saturday morning to come look at a 2025 Tahoe. We had to leave so my husband could take off of work to purchase the vehicle. So we drove an hour there and another hour back. We left our information so they could run numbers & our credit for financing. On our way back we get a phone call saying sorry we can’t provide any of that information over the phone nor could I get the bill of sale ( seems very suspicious) I had to come in. After that we get told someone else was looking/ buying the same vehicle while trying to do business with us and while our credit was ran and waiting on information all we were told was that we were approved…the experience was just bad overall I could go on and on, but it’s fine because we went to Parks Chevrolet (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and got an even better experience. I was there for 2.5 hours and walked out with a NEW 2025 SUBURBAN for a cheaper price and extra upgrades than the Tahoe they were trying to sell me so I guess the “king of price” is not as true as they advertise. Oh and Alejandro was the worst salesman . We do not recommend him and the german finance guy was even worse !! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
