I Got scammed here for $880, a sealant called Resistall, and it was never applied to my car. the salesman Matt and the finance guy James quietly added $880 to my invoice without showing it to me. I explicitly requested all fees be shown before the purchase, and the sales guy had every opportunity but chose to conceal this fee. I bought a used jeep in January and when it was delivered it was not even vacuumed out or detailed, the sealant had never been applied to the leather. it arrrived three days late with a broken tow hitch, with the same debris in the car that it was traded in with, even a nice gum ball wedged in the passenger seat. Because the tow hitch was inoperable i was unable to tow across country and spent so much money on lodging and storage. I contacted the manager Sudi, Matt, and James, and Noone would return my calls or provide a refund for the Resistall. They are crooks. They just ignored me, several attempts were made to get a refund.
