I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. This was easily one of the worst vehicle purchasing and ownership experiences I have ever had.

I purchased a BRAND-NEW Chevrolet 4500 from this dealership for roughly $70,000. Before the truck even reached 3,000 miles, it developed severe mechanical/drivetrain problems.
This wasn’t a minor issue. The truck was ultimately GROUNDED AND DEEMED UNSAFE TO OPERATE.

During the first 68 days that I owned this BRAND-NEW truck, the dealership had it for a total of 27 DAYS. nearly 40% of my first 68 days of ownership. I essentially had a nearly $70,000 paperweight.

This was a commercial vehicle I purchased new and depended on for my business. I bought new specifically because I wanted reliability and expected that, if something serious happened, the dealership that sold me the vehicle would stand behind its customer and make every reasonable effort to resolve it.
Instead, the way the situation was handled left me feeling like once the sale was completed, it was simply my problem.

The lack of professionalism, urgency, communication, accountability, and concern throughout the process was unbelievable considering the severity of the problems, how little mileage was on the truck, and how much time it spent out of service.
The situation ultimately became serious enough that I retained an attorney, who has been handling the matter.

Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership didn’t end there.

More recently, I accompanied my girlfriend to this dealership to have warranty repairs performed on her Chevrolet. She is a newer resident of the area, had NEVER been to this dealership before, and had no previous relationship with anyone there.

We did not work with the service manager, Jon Wirz, at any point during the process of getting her repairs handled. We did not provide her information directly to him, nor did we have any meaningful interaction with him.

Yet THE SAME EVENING after we left the dealership, Jon Wirz found her personal social media accounts and friend requesting her.

That immediately raised a very uncomfortable question for both of us

How did a service manager we didn’t work with, at a dealership she had never visited before, know her name and have enough information to find her personal social-media account just hours after her first visit?

I am not going to claim to know how he obtained her information or what his intentions were. I can only state what happened and the timing of it.

But as customers, we found it extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and concerning.

When someone brings a vehicle to a dealership, they necessarily provide personal information for legitimate business purposes. They should not leave wondering whether that information or information available through the dealership is being used by an employee to locate them personally on social media.

Again, I cannot say how he found her account. What I CAN say is that she had never been to this dealership before, we did not work with him, and he followed her personal account the same evening we left.

People can draw their own conclusions about how comfortable they would be with that.

At this point, between the handling of my nearly $70,000 truck, deemed unsafe to operate before 3,000 miles, ultimately needing an attorney to handle the situation, and then this latest experience involving my girlfriend, I have completely lost confidence in this dealership.

Anyone can smile, shake your hand, and treat you well while they’re trying to sell you a vehicle.

I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, I will never bring one of my vehicles there for service again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone else.
If you’re considering spending tens of thousands of dollars here—or trusting this dealership with your vehicle and personal information—I would seriously consider taking your business somewhere else.
