I got fined by the DMV because they filed the wrong insurance information when I bought my car. The DMV and both insurance companies I’ve spoken to said this is the dealerships fault, and they should be responsible for the penalty that I had to pay. I called this place a few times and even left voicemails explaining the situation, but I’d repeatedly get transferred to a new receptionist or they’d just hang up on me entirely. I’ve asked nicely for them to help me out, but I’ve had no luck hearing back from them. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car here.
