Made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and balance, and replacement of wiper blades. After I checked in they told me they did not have the equipment to balance my tires. Then they came out and told me they didn’t have my rear wiper blade in stock. At no time when I spoke to them did they tell me I couldn’t have the tires balanced, and surely with a three week lead time they could have ordered the wiper blade. No apology, no explanation.
