We drive a 2022 Chevy Suburban 3.0L diesel. We’re having an issue w the engine coolant control valve (CCV). It’s covered under the power train warranty. Randy Marion saying they need $250 for their tech to even look at the vehicle, for something covered under warranty. They also looked up our VIN and it was apparently originally sold in Canada. We bought it used in Florida, but that’s beside the point, there’s a warranty in place that is honored by Chevy. For some reason, I believe it’s because we didn’t purchase the car from Randy Marion, they refuse to help Chevy owners repair issues.
We made an appointment Thursday to come in on Wednesday morning, they asked me all these questions over the phone. And a week later, they’re asking my wife the same questions. She not as savvy with car issues and she had four small children with her, so she didn’t need the third degree.
Just fix the car. Do the job provided by for you by Chevy, please.
