Dropped my truck off to have a tire rotation and balance done along with an alignment. Truck has no noises or issues other than the tire balance issue. Mike the service writer said that the had to put 7 oz’s of weight in the one tire could be a tire issue. When I picked it up the truck was making a scrubbing issue and turned around and had mine ride and listen he said it sounds like a wheel weight scrubbing. That happened the last time I was there and they fixed quickly and no noise after. I left for another day because Mike said they little busy at the end of the day and I was cool with leaving it. Called me the next day and said that it was not a wheel weight but a CV axle binding up. I just had them replaced by them in 2021 and have only driven 25000 miles since then. Then Justin who I trusted and have spent a good amount of money with was doing the seals in the front differential. He suggested because the shafts were pitted it could be causing the seal issue. So I agreed and they were replaced. My disappointment with the service department writer will keep from ever going there again. My last 5 star review was removed when this one was posted which is a shame.

Update….. had the vehicle looked at right after I picked it up and the issue was as thought wheel balance. The place I took it to fixed right and very inexpensively. I have heard nothing from Randy Marion about my issue in the time after they responded or since the first review. Clearly customers do not matter once they have swept it under the rug.
