This dealership proved to me again why I hate dealing with car dealers. Nothing but lies from the general manager Steve and salesman Jacob. Stopped in on Friday night to look at a Honda Pilot that was showing to be there on their website. I talked to salesman Jacob and he told me it wasn’t there but at their reconditioning shop getting ready and checked over before being put on the lot. Just a few minutes after leaving Jacob called me and told me he could have the Pilot available to look at on Saturday morning so we made an appointment for 2PM , his earliest appointment time. At around 11:30 Jacob calls and tells me that vehicle is going through the sales process at another one of the Randy Marion locations. Come to find out this vehicle wasn’t at their reconditioning shop but at the Salisbury location were it had been in their inventory for at least a couple of months. Needless to say I was pissed after planning my entire day around this 2PM appointment. Nothing makes my blood boil any worse than being lied to , having my intelligence insulted when I called them out on their lies with proof and having my time wasted.
