I bought a car here, made 2 payments on it and the AC went out. Come to find out that when the car was fixed from a fender bender, prior to me owning it, the car was not fixed correctly. The active shutter grill was broken, the inner coolant had a hold in it the size of a quarter and the hose was leaking. They supposedly do a five point check or something like that, that they charged me over $2500 to fix things they said they needed fixed…if they really did this check they would of seen problems before they sold car. I paid over 20000 for this car and when I called all they said was your over warranty and even if it was under warranty we wouldn’t cover it bc it not a power train issue….but they lied about their check, didn’t fix anything and sold the car knowing what was wrong with it!!! Use A LOT of caution when buying a car here and make sure you have someone who can look under the hood and see the problems! I’m not sure how they have a 4.5 star rating! I’d give them a zero if it was an option! As shady as this company is, they probably have employees making reviews! WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! To fix a car I just bought cost me close to 2900! Unacceptable! And no support or any kind of help from this company!
* this car was in a fender bender and the bumper was the only thing replaced..the Active shutter grill was destroyed, this is the inner coolant..not even the reason I w a s getting my car looked at but thank God they saw this! Or I would of needed a engine in a few months!
I’ve received one call, I’ve called multiple times with no returned call! To spend over 20000 on a car and get this kind of vehicle is insane!
