Bought a car mid last year and told them several times I did not want an additional warranty. They added one on anyways almost $5k. There are discrepancies between paperwork I signed vs what I was given for my “records”. I was given one total on paper with all fees and my loan company is saying they have a different amount. Also had several issues with the car that have still not been fixed. Tried contacting them via phone and text. No response. Asked several times if they offered free oil changes or services with purchases like other places and was told no. Couple months later I was contacted about the first oil change.
