Purchased a truck sight unseen from Georgia in all cash. Thats how much trust and faith I have in chevrolet and also shows a vending machine can conduct the sale. TO ALL CAR MANUFACTURERS, PLEASE END THE USELESS CAR SALESMAN!!!. Unfortunately dealing with the salesman Corey was as expected and they held up to their poor reputations making the transaction unnecessarily difficult and cumbersome. A buyer attempting to not haggle, ask for any concession or discount should NEVER have to be turned away from a sale by dishonesty. The car salesman is about as useless as a profession as there is in america. Next to the buyers agent in Real Estate. Angels will rejoice from the heavens above when there is no longer a car salesmen trying to leach off of large transactions to make a profit. The world will be just a little better.

Corey began by lying telling me resist-all was an option that cant be removed despite it being listed no where on chevrolets website. I didnt argue I walked away I already had a similar experience last year purchasing a vehicle from lexus here in Georgia. He doesnt have a percent of the wits I have so he wasnt worth the conversation despite me needing this particular truck as it was one of the few in the country at the price. He comes back after conceding but this time he lowers the truck price since I didnt negotiate a lower price he had room to play his little number games with his manager and keeps the resistall to make his commission. I let him have his little money, I considered it a tip that he didnt deserve, I was being generous. They never did the resist-all protective coating either see pic and if they did it looks exactly like factory paint. Not worth $10 let alone the $800 they stole. I was even more generous by sparing him an honest review that he repeatedly insisted I do despite it being a unworthy transaction no review was a good review. The lack of self awareness and greed is astonishing that he thought I actually had something good to say about him let alone leave a review for a truck that I havent seen and would for another 3 weeks as it was being upfitted. No review was me being VERY generous. Its likely also why he has chosen to disrespect me by ignoring my concerns about the rust under the truck after I received it 3 weeks later. I could say more but who cares. I hope the NADA or whomever can make a change to stop allowing car salesmen to exist hiding behind franchise laws to not allow direct to consumer sales.
Takeways –
Dont purchase the resistall, it doesnt exist just another warranty product to upsell from greedy salesman and definitely dont work with Corey he has no qualms lying to your face and dismissing you once he has gotten what he has needed and dont feel pressured leaving a review thru their dealership system which they email.

They didnt even care to fill out the paperwork stating they applied the resistall. You can only keep faking but for so long until you get comfortable and go thru the motions lying and stealing. Check out the rust and corrosion too which I noticed doing an oil change on the break in oil at 800 miles, I got no help on, just ignored by Corey. I got my answers via Youtube so I dont need any help but a refund for the stolen $800 would be nice. Wont change this review because its what actually transpired and corey begged for a review, so here it is for you. No thanks needed :)))
